Too funny!Especially since my grandparents used to live upstairs from a Chinese restaurant and we thought it was so cool that they would send up food on Thanksgiving. The fact that the head was still on the duck... not so cool.
Sounds good, what time is dinner?
and (in my world) pizza places. : )too funny
We have umpteen Chinese food places but none deliver! Craziness. As a consequence, the Italians have to work on my Sunday so they can bring me pizza. I mean, if I have to make the effort to go pick up something, I might as well cook (translation: microwave something).
I didn't get the memo. I cooked.Still looking for a volunteer to empty the sink.NExt week, I think I'll order Chinese. Less to clean up.
And the doughnut guys. Whatever nationality that might be. In this case, Mexican. Same with the chinese food-mexicans and the pizza-mexicans. All food in the desert is Mexican food.
Now that's funny - on 2 counts - i because it's a Banannaism and 2 - because where was she when I was cooking all those Sunday dinners. Next time I shall dress as a Chinese chef!
I must be Chinese. How does a person go about getting a Sunday off?
love that Banana....and anyday someone else is cooking....!
that kid rocks! i suddenly had a flash of the scene from A Christmas Story, when they ate Chinese on Christmas after the neighborhood dogs ate the turkey.
Does sandwich making count as work? :-D
Oh Lorrie. You are too funny!
