WHAT TO DO IF YOU SPILL PINOT GRIGIO ON YOUR KEYBOARD
UNDERSTANDING FLUCKER AND TWEETER
HOW DOOCE MAKES SO MUCH FREEKING MONEY BUT ONLY POSTS A COUPLA TIMES A WEEK
HOW TO EXPRESS HOW MUCH YOU "JUST SHLOOOOOVE YOUS GUYS" IN COMMENTS
WHAT TO DO IF YOUR HUSBAND DISCOVERS YOU HAVE *gasp* A BLOG

It should be a fun week. We're taking suggestions for additional classes and you can register to attend by posting in comments.

Thystle (www.missthystle.com) put me up to this. One minute we were exchanging snarky soundbites and the next I was all like I'M GONNA ACTUALLY PUT THAT ON MY BLOG. Had we been in middle school together I feel fairly confident that she would have said "let's go and toilet paper the house" and I would have been like "YES! AND LET'S BLOW UP THEIR CAR TOO!!

I just got some post it notes that say:
'When you are on your third margarita, stay away from your phone. Never mind how I know this"

Perfect! I was drinking an Oaky Chardonnay last night and thought up some pretty sick stuff (none posted) but it could happen one night... And I'm going to use REAL Names....
Sign me up for Blogslurr 09- I'll be fired from my real job by then and probably need a place to hang out-

Miss Thystle is mykindagirl - I'd totally meet you guys in NYC!
I'm fairly certain that there would be an explosion of submissions to fanny pack antics and ugly outfits nyc if we were to let her loose in the Big Apple.

And maybe a few pubs drunk out of business. (Imeanthatinthenicestway)

I would have been whooping it up in NYC last weekend, except, um, my cousin and I drank too much vino on Thursday night and couldn't go ANYWHERE on Friday. :-( My roecovery time just isn't what it used to be in my younger days.

Then on Saturday it was time to pick up my DD from camp and be a parent again.

But I could sooo do it again. BlogSlurr next summer maybe?

Hi, Lorrie! Thanks for stopping by and turning me on to yours. You have me in stitches!

BlogSLURR sounds like a can't miss...too bad BlogHER seems not to want li'l old me. I've tried twice to join (or whatever), and I don't know if they are rejecting me or if my uber-tech-challengedness-ness is working against me. Advice?

Kudos!

I feel that the Smartini Girls would be excellent keynote speakers at BlogSlurr and you can pay us in wine. Any kind will do, really, we're not picky drunks.

And I think I really need the post it notes from BJ. Except insert 'keyboard' for 'phone.' Definitely keyboard.

I was going to cross out phone and put blog because it could SO happen.
The other post it notes I got have three check boxes that say
-bad news
-really bad news
-go get your pills

(love the name Smartini Girls - used to drink with Martini Navritalova but she moved and I lost her)

I feel like it goes without saying, but there will be an open bar at this, right? I can never go to professional conventions without at least a glass of pinot noir to numb the pain.

downbeat, I feel that I must add:
"Du-uh".*

I mean, this is BlogSlurr, right?

And if for some reason the bar is NOT an open bar (and I would not recommend incurring the wrath of a roomful of powerful funny-alcoholic-mommy-bloggers and their friends)then they do, in fact, make some really cute flasks suitable for such occasions.

*Please don't think I'm one of those MeanGirls. I'm all snark and no bite. I really do make friends easily in real life. :-)

Count me in for BlogSlurr.

Another class that I think might be beneficial is:

-VODKA...NOT JUST FOR BREAKFAST

I found you through the Dooce Site trying to see if she would post more than twice this week... See, good things can happen through over-hyped blogs!

I've thought that about Dooce too. LOL.

I'm all over this! All I need are the deets. And I'm pretty much not kidding at all.

Hey, seriously. Who's going to organize this thing? :-)

NYC has my vote.
