NoBoDY'S FooD
I sent my daughter off to camp this morning with a packed lunch that consisted of a plastic bag full of cheerios and a half a bag of rice cakes. Because The Banana has decided she DOES NOT LIKE ANYTHING. The list of her dislikes is too lengthy to publish here but includes staples like tuna and turkey as well as trusted favorites like PB & J, Fluff, or anything with cheese. Yesterday I attempted to give her a cucumber sandwich but made the mistake of using those exotic ingredients called BUTTER AND SALT.
Tomorrow I am planning on sending her with just a slice of white bread and a water bottle. I'll include a nice note though.

That sounds like something I would do ................... except my note would probably say "I hope you don't starve to death!"
Ahhh...the joys of a picky eater. Been there, done that...
I thought camp was designed for durations -- meaning the children went away for a day or two or week. If my kids came home every night I'd feel kind of ripped off.
Just saying...
How are you doing? We are all doing well.
Cheerios AND rice cakes? Bread AND water? That is almost a balanced diet!
For the last two years my son has eaten cold spaghetti (no sauce) for lunch on just about every school day. The nutrition police will be knocking at my door any day now.
Perhaps fifteen bucks and directions to a grocery store?
I had to look up "Fluff". And now I must go buy some.
WV: fisco
Free crisco.
