Actual conversations that took place at my home this morning:
ME: I changed what I'm calling you on my blog.
JESSE: Are you calling me Blaster?
ME: No, I'm calling you CBoy.
JESSE: That's ok as long as you are calling Annie "Pain In The Butt".
ANNIE: Mommy, I know why I can't marry my brother.
ME: Why is that?
ANNIE: Because we would have ugly babies.
ME: Where did you learn that?
ANNIE: It was on the Disney channel.

Annie is an awesome girl name.
P.S. I saw your Whatever clock on a retail website. It was very exciting. I was like, hey, I've Internet-met the person who designed this! I am In The Know!
Awww, I suddenly miss my kids. :::sniff:::
I knew the Disney channel was good for something.
LOL! That's so awesome. I bet it was Hannah Montana. That seems like a lesson Billy Ray Cyrus would dish out.
For the record, I can't stand the Suite Life Of Zack and Cody. That show makes me want to kill myself.
How freakin' funny!
Just wanted to pop in and say "hi". I found your blog via Dooce and have enjoyed going through your old post. Your a fun lady!!
I used to vote for cboy, but I really like blaster.
That disney channel, I hope they teach my kids about the birds and the bees soon so I don't hafta.
Amenning the hate for Zack/Cody and Hannah Montana. Those shows make me LONG for High School Musical 3 to come out. It's that bad.
And Cboy is a great name!
I didn't realize that "ugly" was code for "inbred" in the Disney Education Manual until now.
The Disney Channel is getting a little out of control with this family values thing, no?
I can't believe you didn't ask Banana what show she learned that from! I must know!
PS CB looks wicked cute with a goatee.
Aren't kids great? Right now I'm pretty thankful that mine is only old enough to watch Mickey Mouse Clubhouse on Disney! Dodge that HM and Z&C bullet as long as I can!
My clock arrived today - safe and sound. Thank you very, very much. I will enjoy showing it off to everyone.
You're too kind.
You can also tell your children that inbreeding causes the babies to have extra eye-balls.
